It is so close to 2 stations so it is a convenient home base if you want to do stuff a few train rides away. Recommend anyone who wants to be away from busy touristy city and enjoy immersing in Japanese culture with locals. Her place is a bit far from the main Shinjuku station by train and walking but if you don't mind that, it's a nice place to rest for the night. Easy to take the bus to the train stations. We visited Mt Takao which is an easy 30 minutes by train. This house is neither near by the station nor clean like brand new.
